For
more than 10 years Lori Incledon has been involved
in personal training, sport-specific conditioning,
physical therapy, athletic training, and
injury prevention. Whether your goals
are to rehabilitate an injury, injury prevention or
general strength and conditioning, Lori
is a valuable resource. She specializes
in women’s personal training, placing
an emphasis on strength training.
Her
academic background includes an AA in Liberal
Arts and a BS in Public Relations from
the University of Florida, an AS in Physical
Therapist Assistant from Broward Community College,
a National Athletic Trainers’ Association
Certification in Athletic Training, and a National
Strength and Conditioning Association Certification
in Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training.
Additionally she is licensed in the states of
Florida and Arizona as a physical therapist
assistant and as an athletic trainer. She currently
serves as Vice-President of Human Performance
Specialists, Inc.
She
is an active lecturer and rehabilitation consultant
to high school, collegiate, and professional
sports teams. Her consultations with amateur
and professional athletes, as well as everyday
health-conscious people, keep her striving for
new information and techniques. Her freelance
articles appear in Muscle & Fitness, Muscle
& Fitness Hers, Men’s Fitness and
numerous Internet sites.
Lori
enjoys weight training for health and fitness,
along with any other challenging athletic activities.
She is constantly in search of new exercises
and training programs that are beneficial to
a variety of populations.
